New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine is studying adding toll
plazas on highways that currently don't charge fees. Some of
these roads are Federal highways. Can this be legal? We disagree
with such a plan. It will create further traffic
tie-ups in the nation's most densely populated state, and it
will be just another tax on citizens in the nation's most
intensely taxed state.
