County Taxes to Rise in 19 Towns


PARKING PROBLEMOn Monday afternoon near 522 East Broad Street in Westfield, a school bus transporting students to their homes hit two parked cars, pushing the first car underneath the second vehicle. The bus was full, the cars were empty, and no one was hurt.
