PAY
(STATION) TO PLAY…Captain John Morgan, shown above in April 2004, submitted his letter of resignation Tuesday as parking director, with two weeks notice, effective Friday, March 3. Captain Morgan will now become the national sales manager for the Metric Group, the company the town purchased the pay stations from for downtown parking lots.
