Borough's Ruling on Verizon Cell Tower Overturned


TRACTOR TRAILER TROUBLE...An 18-wheeler carrying pallets overturned on Springfield Avenue in Westfield last Wednesday morning during the height of rush-hour, delaying traffic for hours. No injuries were reported.
