BROAD STREET BUSTLE...Since late August, Westfield artist Linda Kolar has been attracting passersby to her canvas, which has been capturing the architecture of East Broad Street near the Rialto Theater.  She has omitted the cars and shoppers only to recreate the buildings.

SACRED PROCESSION...Red and white carnations and other arrangements were carried during a procession at the annual St. Bart's Festival in Scotch Plains. A statue of St. Nicholas, the Bishop of Myra, who is known by Roman Catholics as a miracleworker, was also carried.
