accident which occurred on July 31 at the intersection of East
Broad and Elm Streets. A Westfield resident was trying to make
a left-hand turn from Elm onto East Broad Street when a

CAMP...Cub Scout Pack No. 79 of Tamaques Elementary School in
Westfield enjoyed a weekend at Camp Speers-Eljabar in eastern
Pennsylvania in early June. Forty-eight campers and parents learned
