THERE WILL BE ROOM AT THE INN... Fanwood Planning Board gave unanimous thumbs up April 26 to a bed-and-breakfast establishment at 225 North Avenue. James and Barbara Vierschilling, residents of Westfield, intend to purchase a three-story Dutch Colonial home across from the Fanwood train station, where they will live and operate their business. The house, near the intersection of North and Martine Avenues, is currently a two-family dwelling.
