SEUSS ON THE LOOSE…Students in Bernadette Hoyer’s pre-kindergarten class at Brunner Elementary School in Scotch Plains recently participated in a celebration of Dr. Seuss and reading. Families pledged to read to their children on March 2 as part of the Read Across America program sponsored by the National Education Association. Art projects and activities were related to Dr. Seuss favorites such as “Green Eggs and Ham” and “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.” Pictured, left to right, are: Steven Magnotta, Marissa Ziering, Tyler Merriman and Lynn Babich.
