A NEW ERA…Mayor Louis C. Jung is sworn into office New Year’s Day by State Senate President Donald T. DiFrancesco at the Fanwood governing body’s annual reorganization meeting. Looking on is Mr. Jung’s wife, Nancy, holding her husband’s mother’s Bible, and their daughter, Diane.
