A NEW ERA Mayor Louis C. Jung is sworn into office New Years Day by State Senate President Donald T. DiFrancesco at the Fanwood governing bodys annual reorganization meeting. Looking on is Mr. Jungs wife, Nancy, holding her husbands mothers Bible, and their daughter, Diane. Mr. Jung is the first Republican to serve as Mayor of the borough since 1983.
