Marge Cuccaro Earns Earns Top Office Award

WESTFIELD — Marge Cuccaro has earned top honors at Prudential New Jersey Realty’s Westfield Office for her work in January.

A resident of Scotch Plains, Ms. Cuccaro has been a sales leader in the greater Westfield area for many years, earning the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ (NJAR) Million Dollar Sales Club award more than 10 times, including 1999, and lifetime membership in NJAR’s Distinguished Sales Club.

She has developed customized marketing plans for each property that she represents. Ms. Cuccaro is also a certified Prudential Home Finder and Relocation Specialist, having completed the training for meeting the special needs of corporate transferees. She has also earned certification from Prudential’s international network, signifying her ex pertise in computer skills and her

“The Internet is giving us some tremendous advantages that we never had before,” Marge explains.

“For example, when I list a home for sale, I can now have a virtual tour of the home made, offering 360degree views of the exterior and the key rooms inside the home. Then, not only can I post that virtual tour on the Web for prospective buyers to browse, but I can also email it to my own clients who may be interested. And having a laptop computer with me at all times enables me to access the most current Multiple Listing Information, create and edit sales contracts on the spot during negotiations, and produce multimedia presentations for clients,” Ms. Cuccaro stated.
